Role & responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for implementation of sales strategy and business development towards growth of the Direct Sales segment.
The primary focus is on prospecting new accounts for the assigned projects and geographies, towards meeting revenue goals.
The role requires consistently identifying leads, seeking business opportunities and developing strong client relationships towards effective sales.
The incumbent is responsible for building and managing relationships with channel partners, such as real estate agents, brokers, and agencies, to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. This role involves developing strategies to expand the channel network, providing training and support to partners, and ensuring seamless collaboration to maximize property sales.
Identify and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agents, and agencies) to expand the sales network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive engagement and loyalty.
Negotiate agreements and terms with partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Additionally, the role holder is responsible for leading a team of 4 - 5 sales managers and, guiding them to achieve set targets in line with the segments business plans.
As a team leader, the incumbent is an essential facilitator in all client interactions and negotiations conducted by the team of sales managers.
The incumbent is expected to be a brand representative and support the team in all client interactions and negotiation process.
Preferred candidate profile
Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
Experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
Proven track record of building and managing successful channel partnerships.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
