Job Description: Account Officer*
- *Experience:* 4 to 7 years-
*Responsibilities:*
- Prepare and manage financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, etc.)
- Conduct GST audits and ensure full compliance with GST regulations
- Handle reconciliation of accounts, resolving discrepancies where necessary
- Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently
- Ensure TDS compliance and manage the timely filing of Income Tax returns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for financial performance analysis
- Work closely with auditors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain updated knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
- *Skills:*
- Proficiency in Tally and SAP
- Strong understanding of TDS, GST, and Income Tax regulations
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements
- Strong communication skills to interact with auditors and team members
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in tax filings and compliance management
- *Qualification:*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Inter CA preferred
- Relevant certifications in tax or accounting are an advantage
