Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Personnel to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in accounting, with strong skills in financial reporting, accounts management, and general accounting practices. This role requires the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring all entries are accurate and all discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process vendor invoices, track payments, and maintain vendor relationships. Ensure timely collection of receivables and resolve any client billing issues.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and update the general ledger with journal entries, adjustments, and financial data.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
• Tax Filing & Compliance: Help ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with senior finance staff to assist in budget preparation and provide necessary reports for forecasting and analysis.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes, internal controls, and systems.
• Communication & Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support day-to-day operations.
• Other Duties: Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
