Lodha & Co. LLP is currently hiring for the Internal Audit Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute the full audit cycle, ensuring effective risk management and control processes over operational efficiency, financial integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Define the scope of internal audits and develop comprehensive annual audit plans.
Review, analyze, and evaluate accounting documents, prior reports, data, and flowcharts to assess financial operations.
Prepare and present detailed reports reflecting audit findings and process documentation.
Act as an independent advisor to management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify potential risks and suggest risk mitigation strategies and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain effective communication with management and the audit committee to ensure alignment and transparency.
Document audit processes and findings in audit memos.
Conduct follow-up audits to track the effectiveness of corrective actions and management interventions.
Stay updated on industry rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards through continuous learning and development.
