Role & responsibilities
As a part of the Process improvement team, team member shall have good knowledge of:
- Development of Risk control matrix (RCM) & Internal audit (IA) plan.
- Various Business Process cycles (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Order to cash; Inventory management, Production, Logistics, HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounts, Marketing expenses etc.), finding of observations/ area of improvements and implementation of improvements
- Facilitating IA consultants in executing IA projects, following-up on observations identified, implementation of key controls
- Internal control validations and implementation of improvements
- Process automation/ Digitalization
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & Delegation of Authority (DOA) development, implementation, identification of non-compliances/deviations, recommending amendments & implementations of improvements
- Internal Financial controls RACM preparation & Control Testing
- Project Management
- Data Analytics
Preferred candidate profile
- Communication & Interpersonal - Good communication and presentation skills, ability to connect well with the different team leads and Top Management
- Writing Skills- Clarity of thoughts, articulation of observation/findings, good command over written language.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Minimum Degree(s): CA
- Work Experience: (Candidates with good Consulting background or equivalent experience in Pharmaceuticals sector would be preferred/ CA Freshers can also apply)
