Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) with expertise in IT Infrastructure to ensure our customers are achieving maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their infrastructure needs, assist them in optimizing their IT environments, and ensure smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal setup of IT infrastructure solutions.
Account Management: Maintain a portfolio of customer accounts, providing ongoing support and ensuring customers are achieving their desired outcomes.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure their concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on best practices related to IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, servers, storage, network security, and disaster recovery.
Proactive Health Checks: Regularly review customers IT environments and performance to identify opportunities for optimization and resolve potential issues before they arise.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to ensure customer requirements are met and escalated issues are addressed.
Customer Training & Education: Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, ensuring they use the system to its full potential.
Renewals & Upsell Opportunities: Identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, or cross-sells to provide customers with enhanced solutions and services.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key customer metrics, including customer satisfaction, engagement, and product usage, providing actionable insights to improve service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role, with a focus on IT infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud services, networking, servers, storage solutions, security, and virtualization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve customer challenges.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Experience with CRM and Customer Success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple customer accounts.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in IT infrastructure or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Experience working in SaaS or technology-driven businesses.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
