Customer Success Manager

About the Role

• We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure our clients get the most value from Stayflexi.
• Youll be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting customers while driving retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Onboarding & Training - Guide new clients through implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to Stayflexi.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management – Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Retention & Growth – Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion while ensuring long-term customer success.
• Product Advocacy & Feedback - Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide insights that enhance the platform.
• Data-Driven Insights - Monitor customer usage and engagement to identify risks and proactively improve satisfaction.

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech. Freshers also welcomed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide strategic solutions.
• Experience with CRM and customer support tools.
• Passion for technology and hospitality.
