About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our clients make the most of Stayflexi. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with a background in hospitality who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our customers. Youll be responsible for onboarding, training, and supporting customers while ensuring they have a smooth experience with our platform. Key Responsibilities

🔹 Customer Onboarding & Training Assist new clients in setting up and using Stayflexi effectively.
🔹 Customer Support & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
🔹 Retention & Engagement Help ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improved engagement.
🔹 Product Feedback & Advocacy Work closely with internal teams to share customer insights and improve the platform.
🔹 Data-Driven Insights Monitor customer usage patterns and suggest proactive solutions to enhance their experience.


Requirements

✅ Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in customer success, hotel operations, front office, or customer service.
✅ A hospitality background (hotel management graduates preferred) with a keen interest in technology.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
✅ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to guide clients and resolve issues effectively.
✅ Familiarity with hotel PMS, CRM, or support tools is a plus.
