Relationship Manager- Redevelopment Project

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordination with Residents:
• Act as a liaison between residents and the management team for all redevelopment activities.
• Provide timely and clear information to residents regarding the redevelopment process, timelines, and updates.
• Government Procedure Management:
• Assist residents with navigating and completing necessary government procedures and paperwork related to the redevelopment project.
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met and help residents understand the legal and procedural aspects of the redevelopment.
• Grievance Handling:
• Address resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work with the management team to find suitable solutions to any issues raised by residents.
• Regularly follow up with residents to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Maintain regular communication with residents to keep them informed about project developments, changes, or delays.
• Prepare reports on resident feedback and issues for management review.
• Problem-Solving:
• Proactively identify and address challenges faced by residents in the redevelopment process.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and should know local language.
• Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Knowledge of government procedures related to redevelopment is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Compassionate, patient, and approachable personality with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Should have sound knowledge about MAHA RERA Act, Real Estate laws, Society Act.
