1. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with brands that align with our strategic objectives, focusing on both national and regional opportunities.
2. Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, influencers, and agencies, to foster lasting, impactful partnerships.
3. Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, securing mutually beneficial terms that maximize value for both parties.
4. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure that partnership goals are successfully achieved.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, assessing effectiveness and ROI, and adjusting strategies to enhance outcomes.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to continuously identify new partnership opportunities.
7. Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.
