Designation: Receptionist Cum Admin

Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel)

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival at the office and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls professionally.
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
• Managing bookings for flights and trains as required.
• Providing accurate, basic information in person and via phone/email.
• Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries.
• Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access through the reception desk (monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges).
• Ordering front office supplies and managing inventory.
• Updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel and accommodations.
• Keeping records of office expenses and costs.
• Performing other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
