Front Office Executive/ Receptionist

• To coordinate & manage front desk telephone booth & Reception
• Daily Tea/Coffee Arrangements and maintain daily stock
• Cafeteria and Guests Food Management
• Hygiene checks of Food Logistics System and quality, stock availability of crockery and cutlery
• To maintain internal office hygiene and employee safety
• To coordinate with team for meeting /training/induction arrangements
• To maintain biomatrix system, register at FD
• To coordinate and maintain stock of cleaning and housekeeping products
• To check and maintain all offices and property inventory
• To keep record of all HK materials
• Distribute uniforms and keep record
