Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate for suitable role in Sales to lead the sales efforts for PUF (Polyurethane Foam), PIR (Polyisocyanurate), and other insulation products.

The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in the insulation sector.

The candidate will focus on identifying opportunities in the construction, cold storage, industrial, and related markets.

Key Resposibilities -

1. Sales Strategy and Business Development -Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets for PUF, PIR, and other insulation products /Identify new business opportunities in key sectors such as cold storage, construction, and industrial insulation

2. Customer Relationship Management-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

3. Product Promotion and Training-

Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to educate customers on the benefits and applications of PUF, PIR, and insulation products/Train internal teams and external partners on product features, installation methods, and industry best practices.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting-Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks/ Provide regular reports to management, including sales forecasts, market insights, and key performance metrics.
