We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager - Channel Sales to drive channel partner engagement, retention, and sales growth. This role requires strong relationship-building with real estate brokers and end customers, ensuring seamless coordination and business expansion. The position is based at the Experience Center, with fieldwork as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve team targets for ECVs and channel sales bookings.
- Drive confirmed bookings in the assigned city.
- Conduct daily audits for Channel Partner (CP) meetings to ensure compliance.
- Monitor and improve customer referral quality.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners by building trust and engagement.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Channel Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Partnership Management.
- Strong networking skills with real estate brokers and end customers.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve sales targets.
- Good understanding of the real estate market and channel partner business models.
