Very toxic managers. They will keep on doing internal politics and would go to all level to push out of the company. Even after the work is over, they will make you do it or tag you in someone else’s project just to slip away from trouble which is luring on their head. You will have no support and at the end if things go wrong you will be blamed. They are sweet on your face until u bring them the number or else they treat you like anything and if you disagree to dance on their tunes they will drag the HR to take actions against. Work culture and work life balance Prices that livspace provide are too high compared to market prices. This makes us oversell services to the customers usually leading to escalations as the price doesn't meet the quality of execution 80% of the time. Dealing with this uncessary hassle wastes a lot of time and energy.

The salary credits on time 1st of every month, will get to learn about modular and client facing, That is the only good thing about Livspace. While joining HR's lie about the variable part, the rule of variables are changed in every 3 months, please don't go in hr's word ask for higher fixed salary. They will fool you by telling as you complete your task you will get your incentives, but company make sure no one is getting full incentive. Due to there unwanted rules. Which is not been informed by HR. Your day will start with meeting and then they will expect to finish there work on time and will show so called attitude that they really care and want you to complete your work on time. After that they will make you work overtime with no OT payed. This company will soon shut down as I have never seen such an unorganised company, please don't waste your time here if you want work life balance and stress free life with low salary package.
