Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Hostess to join our team. Your primary role will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure the smooth flow of the front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their assigned table, ensuring their comfort.
• Manage reservations and walk-ins, maintaining an organized seating chart.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and take reservations.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area.
• Ensure that guests are promptly served and assist with any special requests.
• Collaborate with the waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Provide guests with information about the menu and daily specials.
• Assist in managing guest wait times, providing accurate updates.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management if needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

• Female only (due to the nature of the role)
• Good Looking and professional attire.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems or ability to learn quickly.
• A positive attitude and a team player.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
