Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for all the Administration & IR activities of the Organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain all the employees Master list, Transport, canteen, company assets and Facilities of the Organization.
- Handling union matters, preparing MOM and proactively work on their action plans, timely give the feedback.
- Daily ensure the Transport buses to come on time and departures happen on time and give the analysis report to Head HR and General Manager.
- Canteen / breakfast / Lunch / Dinner to have daily count and the analysis report submission to Head HR and also present in the Management Review meeting weekly basis.
- Employees Grievance handling related to Transport, Canteen and actions towards the same.
- Ensure and maintain discipline on the Shop floor, office and have proper housekeeping is maintained on daily basis, if employees not supporting, can escalate to Head HR to take an appropriate action towards the same.
- To ensure all the Vendors billing, PO, PR, Approval notes to prepare in SAP and get cleared on monthly basis.
- New entrants issuing I-cards, Uniforms, Vendors agreements to renew timely.
- Govt. Lassoing with Labor Commissioner, Factory Inspector, Legal Consultant, MPCB and other local bodies.
- To maintain good relations with all employees and specially create harmonious & good health relations with Union and ensure to fulfil their needs on time.
- Prepare nearby Industries union wage settlements comparison agreements and keep updating for the next settlement.
- To take cost saving projects in terms of Canteen, Transport and other admin, facilities to always keep update each month.
- Ideas in respect to Suggestion Scheme and provide information to the Head H and Management towards savings.
- Follow the Labor policy and can add values for all the Outsourced in the emolument structure and Minimum wages.
- To attend the hearings of employees if any and give feedback action reports and close such cases.
- To be proactively take feedback on transport and canteen administration and keep at low costs.
- Ensure not having unrest in the Organization and keep posted to Head HR and the Management in the reviews.
