Head - Engineering Delivery - FinTech (22-30 yrs)

Head of Engineering Delivery (Tech + Delivery)@ Chennai/1.5C overall -Strong Fintech would be IDEAL

Need nothing below 22years of total experience.

- He/She will be the absolute head of delivery Organization from the Location Perspective (Chennai) with 300 projects and 2300 FTE's.

- He/she will have to be an Engineer at the core, driving excellence, execution, capability improvement, production improvement and ensure that everything is on track.

- Build and lead high-performance teams to manage, and implement complex solutions for various customers (should be hands-on here).

- Somebody who has moved from development side to project/program management but has still retained his/her interest on the Tech side.

- Client has customers across Fintech, Retail, Pharma and BFS domains.

- Would need a person with multi domain exposure with Fintech preferred.

- Not looking at a BU / Vertical head with exposure to only one domain.

- The role is to manage complex programs for delivery, addressing challenges, being the SPOC for clients, sit with them for escalations.

- The role does not involve a direct P&L responsibility.

- He/she would collaborate with the Solution Team and Capability centre leaders for delivery.

- Build and lead top class technology leadership team.
