Human Resource Business Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Analyze business trends and metrics to inform HR decisions.
- Collaborate with HR COEs to develop and implement HR programs.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, trends, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in a global or multinational organization.
