Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Language Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our ticketing platform, engaging with regional and international clients through multilingual communication. This role involves acquiring new clients, onboarding event organizers, and building partnerships with venues, artists, and promoters. The specialist will ensure seamless customer interactions in the target language, helping expand our presence in specific markets.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and one of the regional languages as mentioned above)

Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with regional event trends and audience behaviour.

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in ticketing, entertainment, or events.

Technical Skills: MS Office, and online communication platforms.
