JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Position: Social Media Campaign Manager (Meta & LinkedIn)
  • Experience: 4+ years or more
  • Location: Sector 68, Noida (Work from office)
  • Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturdays & Sundays fixed off)
  • Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days.
  • Experience from Digital Marketing agency will be an added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Campaign Manager with a strong background in managing paid campaigns on Meta(Facebook & Instagram), YouTube and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience running multiple small- to medium-sized campaigns, with a deep understanding of the latest trends such as Shopping Ads, Re targeting, and advanced targeting techniques. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube and LinkedIn, focusing on driving measurable results such as traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversions and Pixel creation.
  • Multiple Campaign Management: Manage multiple small- to medium-sized social media campaigns simultaneously, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation across various industries.
  • Trend Implementation: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, such as Shopping Ad campaigns, Re targeting, and emerging Meta and LinkedIn tools. Implement these strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Audience Targeting & Retargeting: Utilize advanced targeting and re targeting techniques, including Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Linked Ins precise B2B targeting options, to reach the most relevant users and drive conversions.
  • Ad Creation & A/B Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals and copy. Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and identify winning creatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics tools. Provide actionable insights to improve ongoing and future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI for each campaign.
  • Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with other marketing teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand presence across all channels.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization: Focus on generating high-quality leads and optimizing conversion funnels to maximize campaign success for both B2B and B2C markets.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn campaigns, particularly for small- and medium-sized businesses.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Ads: Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, with a proven track record of executing Shopping Ads, Retargeting campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data to improve campaign performance.
  • Ad Creative Development: Experience working with design teams to create engaging ad content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Expertise in setting up A/B tests to optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
  • Targeting & Retargeting Expertise: Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and creating effective Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Experience with LinkedIns B2B targeting, and lead generation features is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign results and strategies clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Meta Blueprint and/or LinkedIn Learning are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with additional platforms like Twitter, TikTok, or Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social for social media management.
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B environments.
