Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to handle logistics, tracking, and dispatch in the international market for our POS business. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with global teams. Candidates with experience in BPO, KPO, supply chain, or international brand operations are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, shipment tracking, and dispatch coordination.
• Work closely with logistics partners, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor shipment movements, resolve delays, and provide regular updates.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and logistics data.
• Handle logistics-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, dispatch, or a related field.
• Experience in BPO, KPO or international operations(preferred).
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with global stakeholders.
• Ability to handle high-volume shipments and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in shipment tracking tools and reporting.
• Willing to work in the Australia shift (fixed Sat/Sun off).
