Deputy Manager/ Manager- Operations

Role & responsibilities

1. Debt and Investment Operations:

• Oversee issuance, buybacks, redemptions, and reconciliation of NCDs and

ICDs.

• Manage investor onboarding, inflows, payouts, and commission calculations.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

2. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Treasury, Compliance) and external

parties to resolve queries and maintain smooth operations.

• Liaise with financial advisors and investors to address inquiries promptly.

3. Process Optimization and Automation:

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to optimize

workflows.

• Lead the automation of manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

4. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Implement risk management protocols for debt and investment operations.

5. Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the operations team, conduct performance reviews, and

build a high-performing team culture.

6. Strategic Contributions:

• Support management in achieving company objectives through efficient

operations.

• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for strategic planning and

growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years of experience in Mutual Funds, PMS, or debt market operations.
• Strong expertise in reconciliation, financial instruments, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience in Excel and data analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards for NCDs, ICDs, and mutual fund operations.
• Proven track record in process automation and optimization.
• Leadership and team-handling experience.
