Job Description :

PHP Developer/Senior Developer We are looking for a PHP Developer/Senior Developer responsible for managing the development process and provide technical leadership to projects or components of products.

Responsibilities :

- Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization & visualization to technology mapping and final execution including scope/change requests. Guide team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the Development plan.

- Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance/support to the team.

- Review & improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.

- Monitor development & unit-testing activities and report project progress. Hands-on with Coding.

Skills And Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in PHP development (Core PHP, Laravel) Bachelors/master's degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience.

- Proficiency in modern HTML/CSS Excellent skills and experience with Apache, MySQL, Laravel, Javascript, JQuery, Design Patterns.

- Proven experience in planning, execution, and implementation of high-quality software projects including experience with project management tools like Jira

- Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

- Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

- Familiarity with NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
