Senior Executive - Human Resources

Onboarding

• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the organization

Business Partner

• Sharing monthly HR dashboard with business owner
• Conducting Employee touch base meeting to understand employee pulse
• Contribute in execution of HR strategies aligned to business objectives
• Point of contact for employees concern, feedback & grievances

Learning & Development

• Schedule & Coordinate training sessions
• Ensuring 100% completion of Compliance training
• Evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
• Preparing monthly training reports

Employee engagement activities

• Organizing employee engagement activities and wellness session monthly

• Education: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP role

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
