We\u2019re seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to develop and execute targeted strategies that drive meaningful engagement and measurable results across key accounts in the North America (NA), Europe (EU), and Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) regions.

Position Overview: As the ABM Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing highly targeted marketing strategies to engage and influence high-value accounts. Collaborating closely with global sales teams, you will identify priority accounts, understand their specific needs, and create tailored marketing programs to build awareness, generate leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and a proven track record of successfully executing ABM programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with sales teams to identify and prioritize high-value accounts across NA, EU, and ANZ regions.
- Design and execute account-specific marketing strategies and campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies and programs to drive pipeline growth and customer retention for key accounts.
- Develop personalized content and messaging aligned with each account\u2019s needs, pain points, and industry-specific challenges.
- Work with the content team to create/re-use compelling marketing collateral tailored to the needs and preferences of target accounts, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, and presentations.
- Develop and manage personalized nurture campaigns to engage key stakeholders within target accounts and guide them through the buyers journey.
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to ensure alignment between account-based marketing efforts and overall product messaging and positioning.
- Partner closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on account strategies, goals, and success metrics, fostering a seamless marketing-to-sales hand off.
- Plan and manage account-focused events, webinars, and targeted outreach programs to deepen engagement.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the performance of ABM campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and ABM tools to execute and track campaigns effectively.

Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years focused on account-based marketing in the technology industry

Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully executing ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Expertise in creating personalized content and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content tailored to different target audiences.
  • Experience leveraging various marketing channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, events, and webinars, to execute account-based marketing campaigns.
    - Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and time zones.
    - Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master\u2019s degree is a plus.
