Job Description

- As a customer support executive, you will receive and respond to the calls from LightMetrics customers from different geographic regions.
- You need to understand product features and FAQ and be the first responder to any queries from customers. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Create tickets in support tool
- Candidate MUST be ready to work in shifts
- Accomplish certain data annotation tasks apart from responsibility of receiving the calls
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies laid down by LightMetrics
Knowledge about API, SDK, APNwill be highly beneficial considering reading/interpreting of logs will be a part of deriving a solution for customer queries.

Desired Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.SC/B.B.A/MCA) with excellent English communication skills.
- Good writing skills with an ability to draft appropriate responses to customer emails based on subject knowledge, internal notes and available FAQs. The responses should be concise and clear keeping in mind they are representing the company.
- Fine to relocate (or) come to office as and when needed. Preferably Bangalore based candidates.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attitude to learn new technologies is a must. Be able to engage customers during support calls, understand and resolve queries over calls
- Previous experience in a support environment is essential.
- Eagerness to learn new skills .
