Description:

\u200b We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer (Backend) for an exciting opportunity to work with a growing product company in Bangalore with multi-geography operations. Candidates with relevant experience can be considered for the senior software engineer role.

Requirements
Desired skills:

\u25CF Proficiency in Java programming. Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

\u25CF Proficiency in SQL. Minimum 2 years of experience working with any SQL database is required.

\u25CF Experience working with server-side applications on any runtime/platform

\u25CF Bonus: experience with NodeJS

\u25CF Bonus: experience with AWS EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS (or equivalents from other cloud providers)

\u25CF Bonus: experience with Angular

\u25CF Must have experience of working in a collaborative environment. Knowledge of Git is a must.

\u25CF Strong understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.

\u25CF Ability to plan and execute code changes based on high-level requirements from a product team.

\u25CF Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

\u25CF Good communication skills and an attitude to learning new technologies are a must.

\u25CF Eagerness to learn new skills needed for your job and put them into practice.

Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, maintain and monitor java programs on the server side.

Create and maintain ETLs from different sources to a PostgreSQL database.
