Role Summary
The role focuses on driving growth and expansion for the vertical by tracking annual targets, identifying new opportunities, and managing strategic partnerships. The individual will play a pivotal role in defining the growth strategy, executing business plans, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful development of new projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Target Achievement: Track the overall achievement of annual targets for the vertical as defined by the Board.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate with management to define and implement the region's growth and expansion strategy.
- Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans for board approval, including feasibility studies (financial modeling), competition analysis, project cost estimates, and risk assessments.
- Network Development: Build and maintain a strong network of transaction advisors, consultants, and real estate developers to support expansion initiatives.
- Project Coordination: Organize and attend meetings to streamline development activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- Key Stakeholder Management: Manage key relationships with property owners, negotiate deals, and oversee the closure of agreements for new properties.
- External Interface: Work with property consultants, real estate companies, developers, and owners to identify potential deals, conduct due diligence, perform valuations, and assess investment opportunities.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate must have/be able to:
- MBA or other post-graduate degrees in finance.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in sectors such as IPC, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, real estate investment management, or real estate development.
- Expertise in financial modeling/analysis and presentation.
- Experience in real estate valuation and investment management
