- He has to reach factory at 8-9 am in the morning and manage all the labour, tasks done in the factory and other things.
- Review production schedules and any overnight reports.
- Check machinery and equipment for functionality.
- Address any urgent issues that may have arisen.

- Supervise active production.
- This includes:Monitoring workflow and ensuring production targets are met.
- Maintaining quality control standards.
- Troubleshooting any problems that arise on the production line.
- Ensuring workplace safety protocols are adhered to.
- Continue production supervision, with additional tasks like:
- Managing and coordinating with different departments (maintenance, quality control, etc.)
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Implementing any process improvements or changes.
