Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
Follow Up regularly with customers with and without outstanding issues
Guide Parkinson's patients, who may be older adults, and their caregivers in correctly using our wearable mobility aid, WALK, and assist users in troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter
Collaborate closely with the product development and engineering teams to address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
Maintain accurate records and raise tickets in our CRM system according to customer interactions and required follow-up actions
Stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices to provide informed support to customers
