Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the customers with online or offline queries via calls, chats, mails or in person regarding our courses, within suggested timeline

2. Support our current student base with respect to their concerns/feedback and maintain a high level of student satisfaction

3. Provide regular work updates to seniors, esp. In case of any prominent issue or enquiry pattern

4. Ensure any new communication rollout is smoothly delivered to all the customers and student base

5. To also support the admin responsibilities of the institute involving coordination with multiple departments, daily report submissions etc.
