Inventory Manager - (Pathology Lab Experience Manadatory) Mumbai, Parel - Kamala Mills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.

Developing and fulfilling supply chain objectives.

Coordinating and handling daily operations in a timely manner.

Reviewing and placing orders for new supplies.

Preparing and maintaining inventory reports.

Checking and processing purchase invoices.

Examining if the supplies received are as per the order and in proper condition.

Managing and updating the inventory systems.

Returning and replacing any damaged products.

Identifying and resolving any issues in the inventory management and processes.

Creating contracts and negotiating its details with the suppliers/vendors.

Overseeing teams of inventory workers.

Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies.

Meeting supply chain objectives.

Responsible for Daily MIS report.

Make Purchase Indent

Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.

Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

Evaluate new inventory to ensure its ready for shipment.

Researching and developing ways to improve inventory management processes

Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.

Requirement: -

Proven experience as inventory manager or similar position
Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
Minimum 5+ years experience in a similar role for Healthcare
Analytical mind with strong attention to detail and handle the team.
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Should be aware about regents and its vendors.

Education- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.
