Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead MFines B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital healthcare, experience in B2B marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the health-tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing strategies to drive brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and target customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop demand generation initiatives and optimize conversion funnels.
• Develop compelling marketing materials, including case studies, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and presentations tailored for enterprise clients.
• Optimize the MFine B2B website and landing pages for lead generation and conversion through SEO and performance marketing techniques.
• Organize and execute webinars, conferences, and strategic industry events to establish MFine as a thought leader in digital healthcare.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and iterate strategies for maximum ROI.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders, including design, PR, and media partners, to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the healthcare or health-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of digital healthcare, AI-driven health solutions, and enterprise healthcare needs.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
• Experience with performance marketing, content marketing, and brand storytelling for B2B audiences.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.
