Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
4. Address employee queries and provide support on HR policies.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
6. Coordinate training sessions and track employee development.
7. Support payroll processing and leave management.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Tech Savy (G Suite, Microsoft Office)
