About the Role:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our tech team and drive the analytical efforts behind our product development initiatives. You will play a critical role in providing actionable insights to the product team, helping guide product feature development, and ensuring that data is at the core of our decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Analytics: Analyze user behavior and product performance for both web and app platforms. Provide insights into feature adoption and performance of product releases to the entire product team.
• Data Tracking & Event Management: Collaborate with the backend and engineering teams to finalize event names and ensure the correct data is captured and tracked in the database.
• Product Experimentation: Use A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to assess the success of new product features and improvements. Make data-driven recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Dashboard & Reporting: Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports using SQL and data visualization tools (such as Looker studio / Power BI) to track key product metrics and KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in data analytics and product analytics, ideally in a product development environment (web and mobile apps).
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel for querying and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Looker etc.).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and product experimentation techniques.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of web/app event tracking and data management.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience on Clevertap and Python is an added advantage
