Senior Executive IT (BAAN ERP)

The Senior Executive IT (ERP) BAAN will be responsible for managing and optimizing the companys ERP system (BAAN/Infor LN).

This role involves overseeing ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support to ensure that the system meets business needs and enhances operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with BAAN/Infor LN and a strong background in ERP project management.

ERP Management:.

Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the BAAN/Infor LN ERP system.

Business Process Optimization: Work with business units to streamline and optimize processes using the ERP system.

Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system through regular audits and validation checks.

Integration:.

Integrate the ERP system with other business applications and data sources.

Project Management: Lead ERP-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.

Training:.

Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of the ERP system by end-users.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and changes.

Compliance:.

Ensure the ERP system complies with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in ERP processes and functionality.

Qualification and Education Requirements:.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing BAAN/Infor LN ERP systems, with a strong background in ERP project management.

Proficiency in BAAN/Infor LN ERP system, including customization, integration, and support.

Proven experience in leading ERP projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Relevant certifications in BAAN/Infor LN ERP.
