Job Title: Executive IT

Job Summary

The IT Operations Specialist/Manager will oversee all IT-related functions within the organization, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and IT services. This hands-on role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and support the organization's growth by ensuring reliable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Management
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade IT hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure the availability and security of all IT systems and services.
• Manage office equipment like printers, routers, and other peripherals.
2. User Support and Training
• Provide technical support to staff, resolving IT issues promptly.
• Train employees on the use of software, hardware, and IT policies.
3. Network and Security
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Implement basic cybersecurity measures, such as firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
• Ensure data backups are regularly performed and securely stored.

• Security compliance (e.g., backups, password policies).

1. Software and Application Management
• Install and manage business applications like email, CRM, and ERP.
• Ensure licenses and subscriptions are up-to-date.
2. Vendor and Budget Management
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT services and support.
• Manage IT budgets, including procurement of hardware and software.
3. Process Improvement
• Identify and implement cost-effective IT solutions to improve productivity.
• Document IT processes and maintain an updated inventory of assets.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, B tech, M Tech or related field.
• Any other IT specific trainings including AIML and data analytics

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, Website development, Application / Implementation experience, network security, cloud security, back up etc

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Windows/Mac operating systems and common office applications (e.g., JAVA, Windows operating system, Tally ERP, backup solutions etc).
• knowledge of networking protocols (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, managing firewalls, routers etc).
• IT security experience
• Intranet / website development using Microsoft or open source platform
• Ability to set up and maintain servers, back up, routers, and switches
• Cloud provisioning and management experience

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to support non-technical staff.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Continuous learning and awareness of latest cyber security trends
