Require someone from GI industry with atleast 3 years of relevant experience

    Supporting retention through business strategy and analysis.
    Benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, online platforms through information collected via internal and external sources.
    Interacting with business and retention teams to drive retention.
    Strengthening existing process and designing new & improved processes.
    Coordinating with various stakeholders to develop interfaces across all customer touchpoints for seamless renewal journey.  – Improving customer journey.
    Designing R & R programs and driving the same.
    Any other retention product related activity
