Benchmarking industry retention conversions, processes, online platforms through information collected via internal and external sources.
Interacting with business and retention teams to drive retention.
Strengthening existing process and designing new improved processes.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to develop interfaces across all customer touchpoints for seamless renewal journey. Improving customer journey.
Designing R R programs and driving the same.

it gives you your elbow space to work. though the SMT will brag about the work culture, however the culture is just ok (nothing so different). Flexible work timings.

no job security. all decisions are based on how good is your relationship with SMT. low pace in promotions.
