Job Description
- Should have worked on ASP.NET, MVC, Java, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Sharepoint and JavaScript frameworks. Knowledge/Experience of building applications on AWS Cloud would be preferred. Good knowledge of GC development, preferably SCRUM certified project manager. Development experience on AWS or Azure highly regarded.

- Knowledge of General insurance Industry
- 12 to 15+ years of progressive experience having led GC application
- 5+ year Project Management/Team Lead experience
- Experience in design, architecture, development and deployment of applications .NET, ASP.NET, MVC Web Forms, C#, WCF, LINQ, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX, XML, and JSON.
- AWS/Azure Certification highly regarded.
- Well versed in Project Management tools like JIRA, RALLY, Microsoft Project Plan and TFS/VSTS
- Good knowledge of GC methodology and Iterative development. Preferably CSM certified.
- Proven commitment to and understanding of the software development life cycle
- Clear and effective communication abilities Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for interacting with business users, Development and execution of midsize projects using Microsoft based technologies, converting user requirements into executable code
- Proactively manage and handle change requirements, identify potential crises and devise contingency plan
- Prepare progress reports for project stakeholders, requirements documentation and presentations
- Create and manage the plan for moving technical solutions to final client hand-off
- Assemble and coordinate the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team
- Collaboratively adapt existing and develop new project plans, processes and communication standards for the operations teams
- Manage the formulation and ongoing tracking of each project
- Provide technical leadership in support of best practices to a project, ensuring solutions are scalable, available and functional
- Ability to work with internal team external Business Partners (Vendors)
- Provide production support for assigned systems and troubleshoot technical issues Secondary Skills
- Experience in Insurance industry preferably in Core applications
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills(CXO)
- Vendor Management
- Technical Skills (Competent in any 5 Java, .NET, MVC, Portals, Middleware, Web Services, Integrations, APIs, SQL Servers, Mobility, Data, BI, CRM, Core Insurance Systems, SAP, Event Engines, Rules Management) Qualifications Post Graduate ,Graduate (IT Qualification Required: BE IT/BCA/MCA preferredor/and Certified Course from reputed IT institutes) PMP/ITIL Certified
