MIS & Automation Lead

• Strong knowledge of T-SQL programming.
• Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures.
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
• Executing and monitoring existing SQL processes.
• Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Able to analyze and enhance existing SSRS reports.
• Design, Develop and maintain ETL packages to load data from various data sources using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Should be able to create Power BI dashboards, KPI s, visualizations.
• Knowledge of DAX queries would be added advantage.
• Designing and implementing SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) tabular models for data analysis. Knowledge of MDX (Multidimensional Expressions) queries would be added advantage.
• Working closely with MIS Team to support their month end activities and Ad-Hoc requests.
• Involved in multiple automation project of premium and claims through SSIS and SSRS.
• Maintenance of MIS Server and Co-ordinating with Infra and DBA team for the same.

Competencies

• T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field. (B.E.I.T. / BSc. IT / BCA / MCA)
