Job Overview:

The Email Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that enhance client engagement, promote our legal services, and drive business development. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, creative writing, and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with the firms goals.
• Create, edit, and manage email content, ensuring it is engaging, informative, and compliant with legal standards.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that support firm initiatives.
• Stay current with email marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our practices.
• Maintain the firms email calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the legal or professional services sector.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing) to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Work Location: We Work, Survey No. 25, Eleven West, Baner, Pune.

Shift Timings: US Shift, 6:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST.

Work Setting: Work from Office, 5 Days a week.
