Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute effective email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate is proficient in using various email marketing tools and data platforms, with a keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns across tools like MailChimp, Zoho, Apollo, and similar platforms.

- Pull and organize data from platforms such as Zoho, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, LinkedIn, and others to create targeted prospect lists.

- Verify and clean data to ensure email lists are accurate and up-to-date, using various verification tools.

- Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics, and report findings to optimize future campaigns.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine email content and strategies based on performance data insights.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in email marketing, including hands-on expertise with tools like MailChimp, Zoho, Apollo, or similar platforms.

- Strong skills in data extraction from sources like Zoho, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Seamless.AI, LinkedIn, etc.

- Proficiency in using verification tools to ensure email accuracy and data quality.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for campaign improvements.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple campaigns at once.
