Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage BI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our data ecosystems.
• Craft insightful dashboards, detailed reports, and clear visualizations, making complex data sets accessible and actionable.
• Construct and curate detailed data models to uphold data accuracy and relevance, overseeing database performance, and maintaining data security.
• Spearhead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from diverse sources, rendering it suitable for strategic analysis.
• Collaborate intimately with business stakeholders to decipher data needs, converting complex business questions into technical action plans.
• Educate and support team members & partners on the use of BI tools, fostering a culture of data literacy and continuous analytical enhancement.
• Conduct routine maintenance on BI platforms to integrate emerging data sources, improve functionalities, and adapt to business evolution.
• Uphold data integrity, ensuring the reliability of business analyses, and champion data governance throughout the organization.
• Keep abreast of and advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in BI, data analysis, and visualization to continually refine our BI framework.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience in a BI Developer or similar role, showcasing a track record of tangible impacts.
• Proficiency in using leading BI tools and software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Etc).
• Advanced skills in database management and data modeling, with exceptional knowledge of SQL.
• Practical experience with ETL processes and tools.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Effective communication skills, capable of liaising with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of business requirements translation into technical solutions.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis programming languages.
• Relevant certifications in BI technologies or data analytics are advantageous.
