Job Description
- Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements, and ensure system requirements are well-defined, testable, and breakable into software-level requirements.
- Create system architectural design documentation, maintain customer engagement, and support technical discussions for requirement preparation and testing.
- Mentor the team by solving technical challenges, sharing knowledge, and ensuring tasks align with corporate and customer standards and schedules.
- Coordinate and lead system engineering activities, ensuring collaboration between local and remote teams for effective communication.
- Represent the company in professional organizations, contribute to patents and publications, and uphold the companys reputation while supporting innovation.
- Engage in continuous professional development and ensure confidentiality and proper management of company assets.
- Have 7+ years of experience in system engineering, knowledge of A-SPICE and ISO quality standards, experience with Polarion ALM, and a solid understanding of systems architecture and integration.
