Automotive Engineering Team Manager - Infotainment

1. Lead and manage a team of engineers specializing in Mobility, Infotainment, and IoT projects.
2. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
3. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to team members.
4. Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of infotainment, AUTOSAR, and IoT products.
5. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and systems engineering.
7. Utilize deep knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and infotainment systems to guide technical decisions.
8. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to ensure alignment and project success.
9. Ensure compliance with automotive safety standards (ISO 26262) and industry regulations.
10. Implement best practices for software development, hardware design, and testing to maintain high product quality and reliability.

Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile development, vehicle networking protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), and proficiency in C/C++, Python, MATLAB.
