Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Banking Channels to lead and enhance the digital banking experience with prior work experience in banks within Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on driving innovation and delivering seamless digital solutions for customers.

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of digital banking channels, including mobile

banking, internet banking, and self-service platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience through innovative

digital solutions.

• Ensure compliance with local banking regulations and security standards.

• Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and implement best practices to enhance

customer engagement.

• Track the performance of digital channels using KPIs, ensuring high availability, fast response

times, and user satisfaction.

Desired Skills

• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• 10+ years of experience in digital banking, with a focus on channel development and management.
• Proven expertise in delivering digital solutions in a banking environment.
• Preferably has experience working in banks within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of customer experience design and digital trends.
