Robotic Engineer

Requirements

• Experience in robotic simulation for automotive manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in spot welding, MIG welding, riveting, adhesive & sealing, stud welding, and material handling. Knowledge of hemming, clinching, laser welding, and screwing is a plus.
• Experience in identifying tools, equipment, and mockups for manufacturing processes Expertise in fixture, tool, and gun kinematics, tool validation, weld spot distribution, work cell preparation, weld gun finalization, and robot path preparation.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Motoman, KUKA, and ABB robots is desirable.
• Proven experience in layout optimization and cycle time analysis. Strong communication skills, a team player, adaptable, and capable of handling complexity.
• Awareness of RCS, OLP, documentation, and process optimization is advantageous.
• Offshore coordination and ability to interact with clients and stakeholders to gather inputs and understand requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
