Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users of vFulfill.
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and providing proactive support.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business goals and challenges.
3. Monitor client usage and engagement with our products to identify opportunities for improvement and additional value.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to support renewal and expansion efforts.
5. Prepare collateral for internal marketing as well as client proposals
Requirements
Requirements
1. Experience in a customer success, or similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
5. Proficiency in customer success platforms like Zoho Desk, Zen Desk etc.
